    In order to claim satisfactory warranty for any defected product,
    we strongly recommend you to follow the below

    1) Make a list of defect or defects that you want us to troubleshoot or exchange

    2) Have product serial number, photocopy of invoice, shipping information, and billing information (if warranty period is expired)

    3) Dial (84.04) 974-2719 to speak with a customer care representative

    4) Describe the above to have the representative fill out the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form

    5) Fax a photocopy of invoice or any proof of Meetus® product purchase to (84.04) 974-2721, Customer Care Centre

    6) Write down RMA number and keep the number for your further question
